Whether it is a gala, fundraiser or wedding, big events can become a big headache. There are a lot of decisions to be made between choosing the initial theme to the last detail that will make your event a success. It is important to start by narrowing down the specific feel you want at your event. If you have chosen a safari theme for your gala, do you want a casual feel with Burlap and Olive Green Poly linens? Or is theme discreetly introduced as a back drop to your black tie formal? Make a list of the vendors you need to contact and the details necessary to complete the event. When putting a concept together it is important to continue to refer back to the origional idea that you put on paper. By doing this, the type of linens, flowers, and room decor you choose will all be consistant with each other.

Festivities has a staff of trained professionals who can assist you in concept design and/or on-site management. Based on your theme we will put together a concept, complete with sketches, pictures and a written proposal . We make it easy to plan an event because of our in-house florist and thousands of rental products to look at as you choose the look you want. Need day-off-event coordination?
