When planning an event, you need the basics: Tables and chairs, table linen and chair covers, tents and dance floors, plates and forks, and list goes on. In the event industry, these are categorized as “rental” items. And what we like to call the functional stuff. So whether you want a couple of chairs or a complete tented affair, we have the functional stuff you need.
Every venue and event is different. You may not have to rent everything! If your event is hosted at a hotel, conference center, or standard venue, the tables, chairs, and catering equipment may be available to you free of charge or for a small fee. If not, Festivities has the stuff!
Depending on the item, it is possible to purchase instead of rent. However, when you rent functional stuff, we can take care of ensuring the quantity and quality, storing and transporting, setting up, tearing down, and cleaning all of the stuff.* If you buy the stuff, you’ll have to do all that, plus resell the stuff. Why not let professionals take care of it?
